Exceptional Real Estate Agent – Highly Recommended! We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Mustapha ElFakir while searching for our condo in Pierrefonds. From the very beginning, he was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping us find the right property not simply making a sale. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, including our preferred location, budget, condo requirements, and long-term needs. What impressed us the most was his knowledge of the Pierrefonds and West Island real estate market. He gave us honest and practical advice about every property we visited, pointed out important details, and helped us make informed decisions without ever putting pressure on us. Mustapha ElFakir was also extremely responsive and available whenever we needed him. Whether we had questions about a listing, wanted to schedule a visit, needed clarification about an offer, or simply wanted his professional opinion, he was always there for us. When we found the condo that was right for us, he worked hard to protect our interests throughout the negotiation and transaction. His attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, professionalism, and dedication made the entire process much easier and less stressful. We are extremely grateful for all his hard work and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in Pierrefonds, the West Island, or surrounding areas. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who truly listens, knows the market, communicates clearly, and goes above and beyond for his clients, Mustapha ElFakir is definitely someone we recommend! Thank you for helping us find our new home! 🏡🔑
